The 2nd bedroom has a full bed, twin-size bed and smart TV. The full size futon pullout couch in the den provides extra sleeping space or just kick back and read a book with Mary the Moose.

Shep Brown’s Boat Basin is a 5-minute drive around the bend and offers boat rentals and public boat launch.
With a short 10-minute drive and you can enjoy all that downtown Meredith has to offer. Plenty of restaurants, shops, movie theatre and public space on both Lake Winnipesaukee and Winnisquam. Iconic Weir’s beach and downtown Laconia is an easy 20 minute drive.
